Short-Term House Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservations are exclusively made online via our website, subject to availability.

1.2. Rental rates, cleaning fees, and any additional charges will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

1.3. Payments must be made according to the payment terms specified at the time of reservation.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Times

2.1. Check-ins are available from 3:00 PM.

2.2. Check-outs must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

2.3. Guests are kindly requested to specify their expected arrival time in the booking form.

3. Cancellation and Reservation Modification

3.1. Guests have the option to cancel or modify their reservation from the booking confirmation email in accordance with our specified cancellation policy.

3.2. Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within this period are subject to a refund as per our cancellation policy.

3.3. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date.

4. Security Deposit

4.1. A security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or breaches of house rules.

4.2. The security deposit will be refunded within the specified timeframe after the stay, subject to no damages or rule violations.

5. House Rules

5.1. Guests are required to comply with house rules, including the following rules:

a) Parties/events are not allowed.

b) Noise should be avoided between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

c) Pets are not allowed.

d) The maximum capacity of the house must be adhered to.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

6.1. Check-in and check-out times adhere to the previously specified schedules. Guests are required to adhere to these times.

7. Guest Responsibilities

7.1. Guests are responsible for the house and its contents during their stay.

7.2. Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
